Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using dropa ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part, do not use the App. dropa is a product of Umpordez Tecnologia Ltda.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on your personal device. Purchase is one-time — you pay once for the current version and receive 1.x updates included. No subscription is required.

3. Privacy and Data

dropa is designed to be local and private by default. All your data — links, notes, photos, audio, and files — is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, store, or access your content. There is no server, no account, no tracking. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you save in the App. dropa does not perform automatic cloud backups — we recommend using the export feature regularly to keep a copy of your data. You are also responsible for keeping your device secure using system tools (Face ID, passcode, etc.).

5. Limitation of Liability

dropa is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umpordez Tecnologia Ltda shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss. The App operates 100% on your device and does not depend on external servers — you maintain full control over your information.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, "dropa" brand, logo, and visual identity, is the property of Umpordez Tecnologia Ltda. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use the App or any part of it without prior written authorization.

7. Purchases and Refunds

dropa is sold exclusively through the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). All transactions are processed by the respective store, and each platform's refund policies apply. Contact us if you experience any issues with your purchase.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email (if provided). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
